Memory Power Improvement Techniques:
One:
Thanks to Shri. Pujya Babuji
One:
Daily consumption of Tulsi leaves brings about a remarkable
development in memory power, eliminates intestinal worms, increases the
digestive fire, alleviates cold, fever and malaria and prevents diseases like
cancer. Therefore, except on Sundays, eat 5-7 Tulsi leaves daily in the morning
and drink water after that. Tulsi leaves should not be plucked on Purnima,
Amavasya, the twelfth lunar day and Sundays.
Two:
Grind 2 pieces of walnut (Akhrot), candy sugar (Mishri) and
milk and drink it after chanting the following Mantra. This empowers the brain.
“Aum Sri Saraswatye Namaha”
Three:
Put 5 Mamri Badam (almonds) into water in night. In the
morning peel those almonds and mix it in mixture of 250 ml water and 250 ml
milk. Also add Mishri (candy sugar) and 11 Kali Mirch (black pepper). Boil this mixture till 250 ml is left out.
Drink this after chanting “Aum Sri Sarswatye Namaha”. This helps to improve
memory power and physical strength.
Four:
Take 25 mg Tulsi juice, with Amla (Gooseberry) juice or
Orange juice or with mixing chyawanprash in water. On giving this mixture for
40 days to children, they will shine with outstanding intellect.
Five:
Eat cashew nuts with honey (3 for children and 5 for
adults), eat by chewing it properly. This helps to increase memory power and
physical strength. Also this would cure stomach related diseases.
Six:
Eat Butter with Mishri (Candy Sugar) after taking meal. Note: Do not take market butter, as it
contains salt, instead prepare the butter in house from cow’s milk. This
empowers brain and increases memory power.
Seven:
If you need to memorize something, then read it, see it
properly and then put the tongue at the palate of the mouth (Talu) and then
read. With this the effort would reduce 20 times. Thing that took couple of
hours to memorize could be remembered by just reading 2-3 times by putting the
tongue at the palate. To increase the memory power, put the tongue at the
palate and put the fingers in Gyana Mudra (make circle by joining first finger
and thumb and have rest of the fingers straight) and take deep breath. Then
count the breath by having the tongue at the palate. This would awaken the
dormant powers.
